High school diploma or GED required. Two or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a medical environment, required.
Knowledge of Medical Terminology and ICD9 & CPT code. Proficient in data entry. Strong professional communication and time management skills. Customer Service excellence mentality. Professional presentation and a positive attitude.
