Manages nursing and technical care for patients receiving wound care and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Participates in providing direct patient care. Oversees the maintenance of standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. Facilitates the utilization of wound and hyperbaric clinical practice guidelines at all professional levels. Coordinates clinical operations.
This position requires a minimum formal education of Bachelor Degree and minimum of five years job-related experience.
CT RN license required. Must obtain Certified Hyperbaric RN (CHRN) within two years from date of hire. Must obtain Wound Ostomy Certified Nurse (WOCN) within three years from date of hire. Prior wound care or hyperbaric experience preferred.
