The Mechanical System Supervisor is Responsible for the day to day operation of all mechanical and utility systems, including but not limited to a 2.4 mega-watt cogeneration plant, 3 centrifugal chillers, 2 absorption chillers, main cooling towers, high and low pressure steam systems, CEM system, numerous air handlers, heat exchangers, heating systems, pumps, valves and various other equipment that relate to mechanical systems. Responsible for maintaining the data for environmental reporting to state, local and federal agencies, monthly production reports, Data stream TMA preventative maintenance and daily work orders. Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy environment for patients and staff. Enforce all CMS, DPH, and TJC regulations and guidelines.
High school or trade school graduate with at least 3 years of experience required. Any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
S-1and OE-2 License required, EPA Refrigerant Recovery Certification required.
