Develops client relationships that will provide a "one touch" experience for patients as they go through the financial process from clearance to claim adjudication. Position requires a high degree of intellectual proficiency and critical thinking skills as well as the ability to make appropriate decisions regarding situations of a complex nature. Reports to the Supervisor of Financial Counseling.
Bachelor's Degree and minimum of one year job-related experience, or an Associate's Degree and minimum of four years job-related experience.
Customer service and organizational skills. National Association of Healthcare Access Mgmt (NAHAM) certification. Bilingual-Spanish preferred. Preferred: Bilingual-Spanish. Basic MS Word & Excel.
