Serves as Department of Pathology registrar and clinical laboratory assistant for laboratory outpatient and outreach services to physician and nonphysician clients. Provides registration, clerical, phlebotomy and courier support as needed. May also perform ECG/EKGs.
High School graduate or equivalent.
Nationally recognized Phlebotomy certification is preferred. If performing EKG/ECG graduate of an accredited ECG/EKG and/or Patient Care Technician or Medical Assistant training program required. Nationally recognized ECG/ EKG certification is perferred. Valid CT driver license is required.
